Jerome, Manging Partner of m/s Valankanni constructions, Ooty, purchased a Ritz model car on 23/09/2010 from Ambal Auto Ltd., Due to some scratches and dent on the body of the car, I sent the car to Ambal auto Service Centre, Sanganur, Coimbatore. The Service Station Peronnels, while sevicing the car failed to connect the Wose propertly which is connected to the Radiator.
