To All, This complaint is regarding AIR INDIA airlines customer service. I believe the AIR INDIA airlines are least bothered about customers. Even after the ticket cancellation is done, confirmation from the AIR INDIA officials for the refund is done...STILL the REFUND IS NOT PROCESSED. I had registered a complaint a few weeks ago but still the money is refunded i had a write another complaint again here. Ticket refund Subject: AIR INDIA ticket refund not received even after a month of cancellation date. I had purchased a air ticket AI-342 for 8th May 2011. For the very known reason that the Air India was having a pilot strike during those days, I was forced to cancel the ticket & book some other airlines. I did by AirIndia ticket cancellation on 6th May 2011 on phone & the customer care asked me to drop a mail to "[email protected]" which will process your refund.
