I would like to launch a complaint against Volvo trucks Newcastle branch in KZN. On the 24/25th of March 2011 I took my volvo truck to volvo Newcastle for repairs as it was showing warning light of oil. I asked Hansie (Manager) to inform me of the problem on the truck of which he told me that it might be couple of things that causes the alarm. He even suggested that we leave the truck because if we drive it in the condition it was, its going to cause more damage on the engine.
