After purchasing a Tacho Universal from "door2doorshop" the item arrived and the instruction manual did not show the instructions on how to connect the item for use. I emailed "door2doorshop" and they prommised to e mail me the drawing required, that was three weeks ago and I have received nothing, the company now refuses to even answer my e mails and have not responded to my request for a refund.
