This has reference to my complaint no.6514973 lodged on Friday 19th June, 2011 requesting that the servicing staff be sent to the location on Saturdays/Sundays only and to call me on my mobile before leaving for the call. For the last two weeks, I have been following up on this but no one has called up. Since the machine is in my flat which remains locked, hence the request for a weekend visit and a call prior to visit to enable me to be present in the flat to get the machine serviced.
