I purchased an ozone product from Medizone which was sold to me at my home for R900. After 2 weeks it was faulty. After numerous and frustrating phone calls getting sent from one person to another, to get this machine back, I finally received it 8 weeks later. It did not work. Another phone call and a week later another machine/power pack was delivered. After 20 minutes of use it was smoking and smelt like an electrical fire. This is a product that is supposed to be good for your health. They are not willing to refund my money. How can I get my money back? read full review »
