I joined their membership and was required to give details of my debit card for the direct debit mandate for the fee. When I tried to resign my membership and cancel the direct debit my bank told me that it has been treated as a card payment and not a direct debit. They ignore my numerous emails to stop taking my money and continue to withdraw money from my account without my agreement. Even when I changed my card they continue to withdraw money using my new card number I did not give to them. read full review »
