I paid R205 for 5 foils and they never took to my hair. When I called in to report that the product has made no difference I was shut down and told that Im lucky that she did my hair in the first place. I asked Nicola to redo it as the product never took, she said that my hair was a mess and had so many diffrent colours in. my argument is why was'nt this explained to me before she decided to do it and take my money. She refuses to fix her mistake or to compensate me in any way. Her comany is obligated to provide people with a service and she has not fulfilled her obligations. read full review »
