DHL leave a notice of delivery for us for not able to responde to their buzz. Its indicated their that we must call them to schedule another attemp for them to deliver i call up their toll-free number (1-800-225-5345), after morethan 1hour of waiting, they told me to pick it up at their office because they cant deliver it because they cant contact us before delivery because their DELIVERY MEN DONT HAVE CELLPHONE!!!. I asked for the phone number of their office, they said they DON'T HAVE PHONE! their office where i can pick up my package is NOT ACCESSIBLE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT!
