On 6th May 2011@12:00 i reserved a vihicle to pick from Norwich Airport and when i got there they could not provide me with the vihicle, reason being my Drivers licence was not clean which i was not asked at the time i was booking with them on the phone weather i had a clean Drivers Licence or not.When i spoke to the girl at the Airport they promised me not to take any money from my Account, but after three weeks when received my bank statement i discover they had charged me which i believe its fraud!
