Lies Lies Lies William is a smooth operator, a serial scammer up and down the Western seaboard, he takes your money, either to do work that will not get done, or hires your job out which you pay for, he then hires designers or contractors to do the work, you may get plans or designs but the people that did the work did not get paid he is a repeat craigslist scammer with a wake of destruction in his wake.
