I bought a Jet AIrways ticket from Madras to Singapore and another ticket from Bangkok to Bombay, Having missed the flight in Madras I approached the Jet airways counter. I was informed that there is no seat available fro the next 2 days. I took another airline and landed in Singapore. I checked Jet airways and found out that this was wrong information as seats were available. On calling Jet Airways I was shocked to learn that even my next flight from Bangkok to Bombay was cancelled with no refund.The customer service was rude and impolite... read full review »
