I went to apply for a contract at Ottery Mtn on the 25/05/11 and was assisted by a Shameega. She advised that the application would take between 24-48hours to process and that I would get the phone then. When I called 2 days later she was not there and she had handed my application over to Wanita. Both of these ladies were completely clueless and not very helpful at all and the Shireenwho answered the telephone most times had no telephone etiquette. She was just as hopeless.
