went along to have highlights already having the brazilian keratin treatment. I explained this to the staff who originally seemed very kind and polite. With the keratin treatment you need to wash it with a special shampoo otherwise it comes out. Despite having told them, the stylist washed the treatment out worth £150!!! I called up to complain once i'd realised (a day later) and after an hours arguement and having to go into the store, the manager agreed to re do it for me for £20 to pay for just the blow dry and wash. ... read full review »
