RAK Insurance sent a parcel of Oman Vehicle Insurance to me through Aramex on 16th June 2011. On 14th June 2011 I got a call from Aramex asking for my location. On 18th I contacted RAK customer care to enquire about the parcel. They informed me that they have already sent the parcel . I called Aramex customer care.
