My daughter had placed her order through the Drive through which included a Vanilla Thickshake, which she usually enjoys. The thickshakes are usually great, thick, icy and extremely hard to get through the straw. A great Macdonald thickshake. When she was given hers we both noticed it was quite runny and resembled more of a milkshake. My daughter commented on this, to which the young man, who was quite polite, said it must be a problem with the machine and to park in the waiting bay and they would bring a new one to us.
