Break down 22 miles away from the store, my mam rang them to ask if at all with it been a sunday if they had a certain part in, the sales man took details and said yes defenatly had the part, myself and dad travels 22 miles to go collect it, when we got there the staff went to get the part coming back with an empty box, say well we did av one but it must av been nicked, and was to be the wrong part that they said they had defenantly had in store, no appologies or offer of assistance, the staff were un trained and had no manners, appauling customer service. read full review »
