I took my Blackberry in for repairs 11 weeks ago. I was told it would take approximately 6 weeks to repair and return. I have been back to the store 3 times in the last 3 weeks and was told they would call me and no one did. I was also informed that the Manager would get a written note and she will call me back on Monday past. I don't have her name and to date no one has called me. I feel that the service is poor and the promises made have not been kept. I want some action to be taken especially since I'm in my last 2 weeks of my pregnancy and I need my phone back! read full review »
