I booked Taxi on Friday eveving at 7.30 PM for picking me up at 9.00 PM from Siruseri, Chennai to Porur, Chennai.The booking got confirmed over the phone but till 8.45 i didnt get any calls from any cab drivers.So i gave a call to FastTrack to check the status.The person who attended me confirmed that cab is ready and it will pick me up at 9 PM withoout any dealy.I didnt get any call till 9.05 Pm so i again called, the call went to different attender who checked the status and said the cab cannot be availed..When i questioned the person then... read full review »
