I started completed online surveys with YouGov UK I think around 2007. After completing an awful lot of surveys I had an account balance of £26 in Sept 2009. Since that date I have not had one single paid survey to complete, only unpaid surveys. I have contacted them loads of times to see if they will pay me the £26 I am owed, but they refuse to pay out before a balance of £50 is accumulated, but it is impossible to get to this figure as I no longer get any paid surveys to complete.
