My animals had to be quarantine under MAF regulations. QPS is MAF registered kennels, yet my dog got sick after being there 2 months he was thin and full of sores ( looked like mange ) though they denied it. At the end of the obligatory 120 days quarantine my original quote of NZ$7871.00 went to NZ$9381.95, the excuse given my John ( manager) was that the dog had been sick and there had been an increase in fees .However that increase in VAt only came into effect two months after they where there already. He also informed me that if I did not pay the difference he would not release the animals . This was broad daily robbery and abuse by this company. read full review »
