To Whom It May Concern This is the second complaint letter that I have written and I am yet to hear back from anyone about it. I took my car in for a service at Hyundai Sandton on the 4th of May and have had problems with it since then. I asked when I dropped my car off that the back breaks be checked as they were making a big noise every time I pushed the breaks. It was not looked at> When I complained.
