Took my vehicle to Active Green & Ross Newmarket for a routine oil change. They offered to top up my fluids and I agreed. A week later my transmission failed and I took the car to a Transmission specialist. who noted 4 things 1. my transmission dipstick was not secured but was in fact pulled out with the cap wedged in adjacent hoses 2. I had 2 different brands of rear struts on my car (Green & Ross had replaced my rear struts just a couple of months prior) 3.
