Respected Sir, I want to inform you that i am Anil Kumar, a scheduled caste (sc) category worker (heavy load driver) in the above mentioned company i.e. A2Z Waste Management (Moradabad) Pvt. Ltd. But now they have dismissed me from my job because of an acciddent which was happened by the carelessness of the helper not by me.
