Showed up 1 hour before the flight from Berlin to Paris. The lines are kept intentionally long so people would be forced to buy the easy access surcharge. When I got to the counter 30 minutes later, the flight was closed. 8 hours delay and 60 euros for rebook. Poor service, intentional disregard to costumer satisfaction.
