We are being charged for a cell phone on our contract and have been for the past 4 years that we did not take out/did not want and did not recieve. I have tried to get this resolved countless times with MTN, i have sent all the paper work they have requested several times and nothing has been done. We are still be charged R162 per month for a cell phone and a contract that we don't have. According to MTN they can see that not one single call or sms has been made from this contract.
