I bought a Tim Horton's "Real Fruit Smoothie" the other day, and I wondered if it was legal to describe such a substance as Real Fruit Smoothie. It wasn't a smoothie, it was a slushie as it was full of crushed ice with some flavouring substance in it, and it tasted very artifical. It clearly was not a smoothie made of real fruits. This was blatant dishonesty in advertising a product. What can be done? read full review »
