I bought a Citroen DS3 Techno Pack, end Nov 2010 with accessories (yellow dashboard strip, yellow gear knob, mud guards & chrome side beadings) I received the car with none. January 2011, I was informed after numerous calls & visits that the accessories has arrived & my car was booked for the installation of these. I arrived to collect my car only to find it had spent the whole day at the workshop with nothing fitted!
