Like the other complaints I have read on here, all I can say is DITTO!!! My daughter wanted to try this and after reading the return option/cancellation for 30 days, I permitted it. HUGE MOTHERS MISTAKE!! My credit card was charged for shipping, no problem. Then exactly 14 days later it was charged the amount for a full order at which time she still had NOT received the trial bottle.
