I am thoroughly appalled by poor customer service by Times of India personnel. I had never expected such a horrendous experience with such a great group as Times of India. Here are details of the problem I have and complain I wish to raise. I have taken a coupon with: order no-NAF 038550 I never got proper delivery of newspaper continuously for last two months.
