On March 3rd, 2009 I presented, upon request, a tax claim application with an amount of $35.00 to Mr. Bruce Bulla, tax consultant. He said "I will e-mail that today & you should receive your $ in about 2 weeks. On March 20, because I had received no return funds I phoned H&R Block.
