I contacted Iyogi after searching interent for help with networking concerning my router. After paying a 1 year membership for computer help and antivrus. They assisted me in fixing my network after 2 hours. The folowing day the computer they set up crashed and the other computer had a virus from inbox. I contacted them and they said my membership was only good for my laptop and they could not assist me in my other pc that they had worked on with out purchasing another membership.
