SIR I.am a consumer of Reliable Gas jalandhar, Punjab .My consumer number is RG 13586. As I have shifted from jalandhar to Ludhiana. I have requested the gas company to provide me the transfer certificate for the same but the agency people are delaying it by saying that they do not have the stationery or the Transfer Certificates and to inquire after a week .This is going on for more than one n a half month.
