bought a 60 day pass to visit family and friends in the United States. It was expensive but I thought it would be cheaper than driving. It takes three times as long to get anywhere on the Greyhound. The employees are dirty and ignorant (especially in the smaller towns) it is as if they have absolutely NO supervision. I have seen customer service reps take personal calls on their cell phones while customers were waiting in line. The buses are outdated and filthy.
