I upgraded my medical aid at Prosano to the Provider option in 2010.I was told that I could no longer make use of Prime Cure. According to my knowledge all accounts were paid because it was submitted to the Prosano.I learnt only yesterday that there was amount of + - R3000. that is in arrears since 1999. I have never received any accounts nor warnings from Prime Cure who is now demanding the payments from me. I am still waiting for Head office to send me a breakdown.
