I ordered 3 beds from Benson Beds. Benson Beds have a very bad service, I can't explain how bad their service is. Everytime I called them, for a enquiry about the beds, they kept saying that their beds either not in stock or the product doesn't even exist. However, I was upset due to the fact that they sent 1 bed frame and 3 matresses on the estimated delivery date, as I order 2 same models of the same bed, as one was brown and black.
