Hi since i work at this company i cant give names or places but i have noticed in many asda stores that the treatment of the staff is mostly based on weither the manager likes you or not, not the work or dedication you put into working there to basically run that store.. For example shift swaps and holidays - one person refused certian holidays then weeks or maybe months later another person in same department gets those days off just because the manager or section leader likes them better, or the first person has to arrage cover and shift... read full review »
