Today at around 11:25 AM IST, I called BSNL customer srevice on 18004241600 to complaint about not able to connect through wireless. I spoke to Usha and the service was not satisfactory. She was in a hurry to finish the call and did not even have an ETA as to by when I woudl receive a call from the technician to resolve the issue I am facing.
