I am using a bsnl pre-paid sim card #9493365434 which failed to work after about 1 1/2 years of use. When I approached the local bsnl office at Puttaparthy, AP 515134 in order to replace the card which still has a balance of Rs. 480 and odd, I was told by the customer service officer, a Mr. Venkat Reddy that they had no blank sim cards and that I should go back after a week.
