I’d like to lodge a formal complaint! We are residents at 16 varsity village! On Saturday 2nd July, one of the geyser pipes burst and the ceiling (in the lounge) fell onto our property. The house is flooded with water and has caused damage to our property. we don’t have water and electricity as the water due to the damage caused. My wife, couldn’t go to work today due to this!
