Cell C sold a contract to me over the phone, which I received swiftly. But I never requested for the contract to be activated on a new number, which they did. I have sent a lot of emails, phoned several times and now I'm complaining on the second complaints board. I have received no service at all, no one is willing to help me. And all that needs to be done is the changing of a number! I have even received an email telling me that they are not able to help me!
