Sears store in Nelson has a very poor customer service. The owner and the staff do not have a helpful attitude. It is more like "whatever, I do not care". We asked the owner of the store (manager) for an advertised product to be ordered (as they didn't have it in store) and he said he will place the order tomorrow, a s he is too busy that day. We assumed that this means that we will get the advertised in the flyer price, but we will wrong. Next day, the owner said that the price is higher as the sale is over.
