After placing an on-line order for over $500 (to which they were very quick to take my money without any information on the lack of stock), I have now been waiting almost 2 months for my books for a course qualification that is 2 months away from assesment. I have only received 2 of the 5 books I ordered (and the wait on the 2 books was almost 4 weeks), sent 3 emails and called 4 times only to speak to an actual person once and only received 2 automated emails stating my order is on 'back order' and when stock comes in they will... read full review »
