MTN has unqualified, bad and some staff members who do not know what they do. I have applied for a contract phone online, and it's been two weeks I haven't received that phone. No one seems to care about me, they always make promises that my phone will be delivered to me through the so called useless RTT company. I have decided to cancel that contact over the phone, and they told me stories that I did not even want to hear. MTN is nothing but a useless corporation that employs useless people.
