I would like to complain about MTN's poor service. I upgraded to two Blackberry Bolds on friday 25/6/2011 we recieved one that day but the other Bold was surpose to be at the store the teusday (28/6/2011), today is the 5/7/2011 and still no phone. I've drove to the shop everyday and phoned to find out whats the problem but nobody can tell me when i will have my phone. I've been with MNT for about 7years now but if they dont deliver I will take my business else where. I need a answer as soon as possible. read full review »
