Maruti True Value is just cheating its customers. The company claims to have checked the pre owned vehicles for 120 different quality checks but all these claims are false. I had purchased an Alto in Dec.2009 from Sai Service, Goregaon West Mumbai, a Maruti True Value Dealer. On the first rains in June 2010 I discovered that the car had a major water leakage problem from the bonnet and the doors and my car floor was full of water in the fromt as well as back seats.
