I have a cell c contract for some time now, but never have I used my number. In Decemeber cell c called me to tell me that my bill has reached an amount of R7158.20. Also asked me if it was me and I said no. They then told me it would be investigated. Till today, they haven't come back to me as yet. My initial sim card is inactive and has never been used and never activated. How is it posible that my account reached that amount when Im only paying the subscribtion fee on my contract.
