Jean-Guy Francoeur is a scam artist. I have worked for him and seen what he does. He lies and scams people and businesses. He had to leave Ottawa because he was wanted for fraud and stole money from his clients and staff. He had a company called Booming Practice and scammed private practitioners, saying that he was going to do marketing for them and then ended up doing nothing.
