Hello, We have recently renewed the service contract for our Sansui Color Tv on 15/04/2011. On 24 th June 2011, we had launched / registered the complaint on 18004194040 number regarding the display card of the same. Sansui customer service assures addressing the issue withing 48 hours. But it looks like these people needs to get training on counting hours and putting customer at first place as till date we havent received any update from these customer care centres.
