From receiving the phone, it did not do what it had to do, so I did a software upgrade on the phone itself as I read up on your website. A month or so the phone acted up and was sent to your repair centre as I was told I cannot get a new phone.It came back from repairs in March and its now 4 months down the line the cellphone had the same problem but this time with extended problems to it.
